Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare has a tragic-love  musical style and  as well is a  harlequinade  contact,  and comedy as the Elizabethan meaning the comic element of drama, of lit generally, or of life. The prologue at the beginning of Romeo and Juliet is   write in a form of a sonnet, which is made up of fourteen lines of a regular  rhyme scheme w   ritten in iambic pentameter. The prologue is important because it gives us an overview of the play, and feeds them curiosity.   It would have been  realize by the chorus, one or  much person(s), to introduce the play and get the audience interested  swell away  slice building suspense. Also to give them a clue of whats going to happen and to get them thinking. This is called an  potent dramatic device.
